If you have a Sumsub ID, you’re free to access and manage your account at id.simsub.com.
How to delete a Sumsub ID account
To delete your Sumsub ID account and all associated personal data:
- Go to https://id.sumsub.com/ and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Settings page.
- Select Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.
How to add new documents
To add a document to the Sumsub ID, you need to complete the verification process: upload an identity document and pass the liveness check. This is necessary to ensure that you are the owner of the documents.
How to delete your documents
To delete previously provided documents:
- Enter the “Identity information” tab.
- Hover over the document you wish to delete.
- Click the deletion icon.
- Confirm the deletion.
Create account during verification
To create a new account during verification:
- Start the verification process and select Speed up your verification with Sumsub ID.
- Enter and verify email address.
- Click Create my account.
- Documents uploaded in subsequent steps will be automatically stored in the Sumsub ID account once you pass verification.
Review verification history
In the “Verification history” tab, you can see two types of verifications:
- Reused from Sumsub ID: You logged in to your Sumsub ID during verifications and shared your documents.
- Manual upload without Sumsub ID: We identified that your documents were manually uploaded during a verification.
By clicking a specific verification attempt, you can access detailed information about it, such as IP address, device, and location.
Notification of verification
If the documents stored in your Sumsub ID are matched in an ongoing verification process, you will receive a notification with the details of that verification.
If you have reasons to believe that this verification was not concluded by you, you’ll be able to block that verification from your Sumsub ID account.
Manage connected service
Some services allow you to connect your Sumsub ID account to their service to access verified identity data on an ongoing basis.
In the Connections tab, you can review all connected services and revoke access at any time.
