When you already have documents stored in your Sumsub ID, you can share them during verification instead of uploading from scratch. The app still runs its standard checks on the shared documents — your verification is faster because the upload step is skipped, not the security checks.
How to reuse your documents
To reuse stored documents during a verification:
Start the verification process and select "Speed up your verification with Sumsub ID".
Enter and confirm your email address.
Select the documents you want to share from your stored ones. You will only see documents that match what the app requires.
Complete a face scan to confirm you are the owner of the documents.
If the app requires documents or information that you do not have stored in your Sumsub ID, you will be asked to provide them during the verification.
What happens behind the scenes
When you share documents from your Sumsub ID:
You choose what to share. You are shown only the documents relevant to the app's requirements, and you select which ones to send.
A face scan confirms your identity. This prevents anyone else from using your stored documents.
The app runs its own checks. Your documents are checked against that specific app's rules. Having a Sumsub ID speeds up the process but does not skip the checks.
Your first verification with Sumsub ID always requires uploading documents manually. After that verification passes, your documents are stored and available to reuse.
