Managing Sumsub ID Account

You can create your Sumsub ID account either during the verification process or directly at the Sumsub ID website.

Create account during verification

To create a new account during verification:

1. Start the verification process and select Speed up your verification with Sumsub ID.
2. Enter and verify email address.
3. Click Create my account.
4. Documents uploaded in subsequent steps will be automatically stored in the Sumsub ID account once you pass verification.

Create account directly

You can also create a new account on the Sumsub ID website:

1. In your web browser, navigate to https://id.sumsub.com/.
2. Enter your email address and then confirm the account creation by entering the code sent to the specified address.
3. Accept the terms and conditions of processing your biometric data by selecting the associated checkbox.
4. Proceed with a basic verification flow to upload your documents.

How to delete Sumsub ID account

To delete your Sumsub ID account and all associated personal data:

1. Go to https://id.sumsub.com/ and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the Settings page.
3. Select Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.
