Accepted documents
You can provide one of the following payment methods:
Bank card
Please upload a photo or screenshot of the card that clearly shows:
- Cardholder’s full name
- First 8 and last 4 digits of the card number
- Expiration date
The CVC/CVV code can be hidden by a piece of paper.
Bank statement
Please upload a photo, PDF or screenshot of your bank statement that clearly shows:
- Your full name
- Account number
- Issue date
- Bank name
E-Wallet
Please upload a screenshot of your E-Wallet that clearly shows:
- Your full name
- Wallet number
- Email or phone
- Payment service name
What we don’t accept
- Transaction screenshots without sender information
- Screenshots from third-party exchanges without clear ownership details
- PDF confirmations where the account holder’s name is missing or differs

What if my bank card doesn’t have my name?
Provide the bank card along with a bank statement or a personal account screenshot showing the holder's name. The supporting document must contain the bank card number (last 4 digits are enough) and match the bank card.
