You may be required to pass verification in a live video interview with an identification expert (Video Identification).

Requirements
- Required documents such as a passport, driving license, ID card, or a residence permit (depending on the client's requirements)
- Stable internet connection
- Browser and operating system updated to the latest versions
- Permission for the browser/app to access your camera and microphone
Steps
Introduction and camera check
- Follow instructions and click Continue.
- Allow camera access, ensure it works.
- Click Start call.
Connect to the Expert
- Wait for the expert to connect.
- Follow the expert’s instructions.
Verification process
- Provide documents.
- Take a selfie and answer the identification expert's questions.
- Finish the call when done.
Results
- Wait a few minutes for verification processing.
- View results on your screen.
