👁🗨 FAQ
The most common issues for document rejection:
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Watermarks | Ensure you are not using any third-party camera apps that leave watermarks on your photos. |
| Blur | Place your document on a flat surface and hold your mobile phone parallel with the surface when photographing. If using a laptop or desktop webcam, keep your elbow firmly on the table while holding your document. Do not position your camera too close to the document. To focus your camera, tap the screen of your mobile phone on the document. |
| Glare | Avoid photographing your ID under direct light, especially if it has a reflective surface. |
| Missing info | Photograph your document on a flat surface, ensuring the serial number, hologram, photo, MRZ, and other relevant details are clearly visible (slightly tilting the ID may help). |
| Foreign objects/persons | Ensure no one else is visible in the photo, and that your fingers do not cover any data |
| Graphics software signs | Do not apply filters, effects, or adjust contrast. Do not hide sensitive data digitally; use physical objects if needed. |
| Poor quality | Use a high-resolution camera and do not resize the file before uploading. |
