How to verify documents in unsupported languages

For documents in unsupported languages, a professional notarized English translation is allowed.

  1. Translate the document using a professional translator or translation agency.
  2. Obtain notarized verification of the translation.

Notarized translation requirements:

  • The document’s information must be clearly readable.
  • The document must present the translator's full name and signature.
  • The document must present the notary's full name, signature, and seal.

You must submit both the original document and the notarized translation.
