Email Verification Steps

Email verification allows you to prove that your email address is real and belongs to you. In order to verify your email address, you will be asked to follow a few simple steps:

  1. Enter your email address.
  1. Click Send verification code. We will send a code to the specified email.
  1. Enter the received verification code.

Mind the following:

  • Keep your verification code private; do not share it with anyone. You have to provide the code within a minute. If needed, click Resend code and we will send you a new verification code.
  • If you have not received the email message from Sumsub, check your spam folder or use another email address.
