To pass an accredited investor verification you have to evidence your status. The check itself is simple. All you have to do is choose and complete a document of your choice that can confirm your status as an accredited investor and download it into our system. We will review the submitted document within a couple of hours and verify your status.
Note: This is a guide to accredited investor verification under the Rule 501 of Regulation D of the US federal law.
1. Download and complete the document corresponding to the category that fits you the most.

2. Upload a signed copy of the document.
3. Upload the supporting files if requested by the document. Press “Next”.
4. Make sure all the data is correct. Press “Next”.
5. Once you have passed the verification, your data are going to be submitted for review which usually takes up to 3 business days. The information about your check result will be shown on the last screen, as you can see in the picture below.
